Today, I submitted the following statement through the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation (GP RF) app: "I, Viktor Vasilyevich Balabanov, openly appeal to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation to hold Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the current President of the Russian Federation, accountable under Article 353 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentence him to 20 years in prison, as the war with Ukraine has become 'hot' – it's raging across Russia, and hundreds of thousands of people are dying irrevocably! The fact that this defendant called the war a 'Special Military Operation' cannot be grounds for his innocence, just as the fact that he committed frictional movements rather than rape cannot be used as a disqualification against the rapist... The deaths are not isolated."
I'm pleased to announce that I've run for the State Duma (for the fourth time) as a candidate for the Yabloko Party! I'm registered on the Party's Federal List in Moscow, Group 7, 3rd place. I'll only be elected if there's a massive vote for peace! I'll provide a link to my website in the comments. I wish everyone peace, a life without fear, respect for rights and freedoms, justice, and the introduction of a new basic income for the poor, so that a portion of the profits from the sale of the country's natural resources for export would be transferred to the poor, without intermediaries, in their personal accounts (from the previous Yabloko Party Program!), even if it reduces the incomes of Russia's 155 billionaires...
