But how else to "take over" people?

Is it possible to introduce such a basic income in Russia? Or has greed taken hold of those in power? I have my own statistics: out of ten people I interviewed, on average three people would like to have such an income, and seven people believe that this is impossible in Russia, they say, the upper classes will not accept it.… Knowing the correct answer, I ask people: "What prevents the adoption of this law?" And I only hear accusations against those in power. To which I reply that the situation is as follows: according to my statistics, seven out of ten of you do not want this law to be passed.: You're only blaming the authorities! And my statistics say that 7 out of 10 is 70% out of 100% of the population who tacitly agrees that the government is robbing us - a missed opportunity is a robbery! You are the one who does NOT WANT this draft law to be adopted. Unwilling to do so, you patiently endure the current situation and your position. And yet, thought is material! Remember, "in the beginning was the word"! Now imagine that there is an opportunity to adopt a draft law introducing a new basic income for the poor and those who work for pennies! What is needed to pass this law? It's simple if YOU WANT to!
Think about it: do you want this law to be passed in a hundred years? Will you need it then? And in fifty, in twenty years, in ten? Even after ten years, it's just a mirage.… And in five years... or three years?.. This is the visible future.
But what needs to be done to make it happen faster? Of course, we need to understand the situation that the current leadership of the country has brought us to - the gap in which we find ourselves is not yet so clear - it takes time for it to be felt more clearly.… Of course, it is not desirable, but otherwise Russians will not understand the very need for change - people must become aware of the reality in which they find themselves, thanks to their tacit consent... "Tyrants take advantage of the silence of good people" - I voiced this phrase from a foreign film on 12/13/2021 at the congress of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation, I wrote about it on my website on the second page of the "Menu" in "My attitude to what is happening - to the news" in the article "I dismissed Putin - listen. And other moments" - it is impossible to remain silent: it is not necessary to write as I do, but to remain silent - about this below… But, having felt oneself in the abyss, it is desirable to get out of the abyss nevertheless, but it needs concrete ACTIONS! What are they like? It is necessary that every Russian, firstly, be aware of the possibility of receiving funds from part of the profits from the sale of natural resources for export, so that, secondly, he understands that the law becomes law when 226 or more deputies of the State Duma vote for it (450:2=225 is half of the corps of deputies), and if amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation are needed, then more than two-thirds of deputies should vote for them (450 : 3 = 150 is a third, and two-thirds: 150 x 2 = 300, and more than 300 - this is 301 and more… I'm sorry to explain this in such detail, but not everyone thinks about it and takes it into account...). And in order for the deputies to want to adopt such a law, amendments to the Constitution, it is necessary to understand that the current deputies feed on this situation, have a profit and are allowed by those who create this situation. This means that it is necessary to elect those candidates for deputies who WANT to adopt this law, those candidates who are members of the party that proposes this draft law, having this item in the party's Program (!) - this is the Yabloko party - RODP Yabloko! Other parties are spoilers that pull votes away from candidates running for election from the Russian United Democratic Party Yabloko. And spoilers, their "parties" have different names, but they all vote unanimously: passing laws that infringe on the rights and freedoms of Russians, as well as laws that bring death to both their own and others.
And HOW can Russians find out about this? What should be done without fear of becoming a victim of the regime? I repeat the phrase: "Tyrants take advantage of the silence of good people." There is also such an expression: "word of mouth"! To turn on word of mouth, in order for Russian citizens to have the prospect of living with dignity, it is necessary to talk about a new basic income for low-income Russians, to talk about voting for candidates from the Yabloko party, about electing a majority to the State Duma, as well as electing a president from this party - after all, he eventually signs the law!
Someone may have doubts, they say, they will come to power and become like the current ones.… This can be refuted by a simple fact: those who wanted to get involved have already done so - they left the party, "changed their shoes", joined other "parties" and have everything they wanted from the system! And those who stayed in Yabloko understand that by joining another "party", it is impossible to draft laws protecting the majority of Russians - nothing will work! And the members of the Yabloko party are consistent and principled in protecting the rights and freedoms of the majority of Russians.
Turn on word of mouth and tell others to tell others: each person has their own social circle, so you can cover the whole country in order to live in normal conditions with dignity and at a high level, so that the cost of a liter of gasoline can buy five times more than it is now.
