My comment on the video:
My speech on December 22, 2025, at the Congress of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation has not been published anywhere! Perhaps because of this speech, there is no video recording of the congress itself, and I was forced to put myself forward for the post of Chairman of the Union for the second time, instead of Nikita Sergeyevich Mikhalkov (not counting my nomination for this post on December 13, 2021, which was made by Evgeny Gerasimov - for "v", in order to comply with the adopted amendment to the Charter of the Cinematographers Union of the Russian Federation, which was repealed by a single vote on all amended points on December 22, 2025...) - in my speech I said:
"In 2017, I asked for the floor, but they did not give it to me, and I was forced to put myself forward for the post of Chairman of the Union of Cinematographers to say what I said on September 5, 2017, in the Reception Office of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation - I proposed that Putin resign... And on December 13, 2021, I proposed the adoption of three resolutions, the first of which was "On the inadmissibility of unleashing and waging war with Ukraine," the second "On the inadmissibility of "The closure of the Memorial and its Russian branches," and the third, "On the introduction of a new basic income for low-income Russians, so that a portion of the profits from the sale of the country's natural resources would be transferred directly to the low-income citizens' personal accounts, without intermediaries!" And this time, I'm offering myself as Chairman of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation, to send a signal to Russians, the Russian government, and the international community that the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation is for peace!"
The rest of the remarks, my speeches, the disconnection of my microphone—I'm missing... But I can't help but mention my last sentence about the warning that the consequences of what's happening now will lead to a deterioration in the standard of living for most Russians!
